Chinese culture has always maintained the tradition of using chopsticks. The history of chopsticks can be traced back to four thousand years ago. In addition to being used for eating, there are many other uses. The Chinese Mongolian chopstick dance is a good example. This dance using chopsticks as props is lively and lovely,  students can learn and master some basic skills of chopsticks dance which are full of happiness, joy, and passion

Our class instructor, Yan Huss, has been performing for over 25 years and has been a dance instructor at the Twin Cities Chinese Dance Center since 2012.
